Three models, all Type 2, and one of them does something worth knowing before you buy a short cable: it puts the Type 2 socket on one flank and the rapid charging socket on the other.
The differences that change your order
Read the third column as the real figure: one phase, 32 amps, about 7.4 kW at most.
The UX 300e and the NX 450h+ take 6.6 kW and the RZ 7 kW, and all three want the 32 amp lead to reach those figures. Those are single phase numbers, so a British house delivers them in full rather than shaving a third off, which is the more common story on this site. It is worth resisting the instinct that bigger is better. A single phase charger is fully used on a British supply, which is not true of the three phase alternative.
Port position is the detail that catches people out here, because it is not uniform across the range. Every model page states it. One model charges from the front nearside, one puts its Type 2 socket on the rear OFFSIDE with the rapid socket on the nearside, and for the third Lexus does not publish which flank at all. That last one we state as unpublished rather than inferring it, because a guess here costs the customer a cable.
The NX 450h+ is a plug-in hybrid and the UX 300e and RZ are battery electrics, so the size of the job differs enormously between them even though the charging rate barely does.
Getting the length right
Length is decided by your driveway and by which end of the car the socket is on. Run a tape from the charge point to where the flap will sit, add a little for routing, and buy the next size up. Every model page states the flank and the end.
Where a car has its AC and DC sockets on opposite flanks, plan the length around the AC one, because that is the socket you will use almost every day. The rapid socket only matters on a long journey.
Construction and delivery
The cables themselves do not vary by car. Tinned copper conductors, IP67 sealed moulded ends, a jacket that does not go stiff in winter, two years of warranty, free next working day delivery.

Is 6.6 kW slow for a Lexus?
No. It is a single phase figure, so a British house supplies all of it. An 11 kW three phase car only reaches 7.4 kW on the same driveway.
