One cable, hatchback or fastback
Body style and trim make no difference to the cable. Both the 58.3 kWh and 81.4 kWh EV4 charge through a Type 2 inlet with the same 11 kW AC charger behind it, so a single 32A single phase lead is the right buy across the range.
On paper 11 kW, in a driveway 7.4 kW, and the difference is the supply rather than the car or the cable. That makes the 32A single phase cable the fastest useful lead at a house, and the three phase version something to think about only if you charge at work.

Figures are calculated rather than quoted: battery divided by power, 13 per cent for losses, quarter hour rounding. Quoted range is up to 273 miles WLTP on the smaller battery and 388 on the larger. Miles per hour is worked at 3.5 miles per kWh, a figure that survives a cold morning.
Which length to buy
The socket is on the offside, away from the kerb. Take a tape measure to the run, inlet to charge point, and add a couple of metres before choosing. Reversing in with the charge point on that side brings the two within a couple of metres of each other. Nose in, or charge from the road, and the lead has to come round the car, which is the usual reason EV4 owners end up ordering 10 metres.
Fifteen metres is the answer for a shared bay or a charge point sited at the far end of a long drive rather than next to the parking space.

What cable does a Kia EV4 need?
A Type 2 to Type 2 cable, 32A single phase for home charging. The car has an 11 kW AC charger, and 7.4 kW is what a single phase British supply delivers, which the 32A lead carries in full.
How long does a Kia EV4 take to charge at home?
From empty at 7.4 kW, about nine hours for the 58.3 kWh battery and roughly twelve and a half for the 81.4 kWh. A seven hour overnight window puts back around 180 miles on either.
Would a three phase cable be quicker?
Only where three phases reach the socket, which in practice means a workplace. There the car draws its full 11 kW. On a domestic supply the three phase lead gives you exactly the same 7.4 kW as the single phase one.
Is 16A ever the right choice?
Only if your charge point is an older 3.6 kW unit. On a 7 kW wall box a 16A cable halves the rate, turning a nine hour charge into eighteen on the smaller battery.
