A 32 amp home supply at 230 volts is 7.36 kW, so a full charge of the 21.8 kWh usable pack takes about three hours on a driveway. Porsche has fitted three different chargers to its plug-in cars and the phase count matters more than the kilowatt figure. The 3.6 kW and 7.2 kW units are single phase, so a British house hands them everything they ask for. The 11 kW unit that arrived in 2024 is three phase, and one phase of it is 7.4 kW.
